History
The recent history of this atypical place is linked to that of a couple, Franck and Caroline, and their children, who since 2021 have been keen to renovate this area to give it the shine of yesteryear. The renovation was carried out with respect for the original elements and the reuse of the furniture present in the estate.
Dating back to the 17th century for the outbuildings and 18th century for the castle, this estate belonged to the family of the Marquis de Chaban then belonged for several generations to the Montardy family. The property produced its own wine and stopped this activity in favor of forestry and agricultural activities.

Located in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, nestled between 52 hectares of forests and meadows, Château de La Rousserie is an estate located in the heart of nature 30 minutes from Bordeaux.
